Her career journey started in Türkiye in roles across banking operations and sales, giving her a grounded understanding of how organisations function and how people develop through real-world challenges. She later moved into HR and organisational development, where she designed assessment centres, conducted thousands of interviews, and worked closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams.

After relocating to the UK, Müge’s work deepened its focus on the personal and psychological side of change, reflecting the reality that career transitions are rarely only logistical. This journey also shaped the growth of Wthinku, which began in Türkiye and continued in the UK as an entrepreneurial path.
